Large and comfortably equipped and luxuriously furnished house for 8 to 10 people.

The house consists of:

comfortable longue with a fireplace,
3 comfortable bedrooms, each with own bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin,
1 bedroom on the entresol with bathroom on the mezzanine
and 1 huge Master bedroom with spacious bathroom with a bathtub, separate room with a WC and bidet, separate shower and wardrobe - all in the islanded private zone available only from this bedroom. The bedroom has a direct exit to the swimming pool zone, with view of the sea, equipped with a large TV set with a decoder.

In all bedrooms there are large double beds, wardrobes and tea tables with armchairs, in bathrooms there are hair dryers.

In the house there are 2 fully equipped kitchens (dishwashers, ovens and a microwave, fridges with refrigerators, kettles and coffee machines, hot plates) and two dining rooms with tables and chairs.

Kitchen and external dining room are located directly by the swimming pool area, which allows for using them during rest and relax at the swimming pool and gives the possibility to enjoy to marvellous view of the sea and Aeolian Islands. Next to the external dining room there is a club with comfortable sofas and armchairs where one can hide from the sun and still admire the views or watch TV. The shade is also provided by the large extendable canopy and the club and dining room may be closed with the sliding glass windowpanes. The TV can be watched also in the relaxation area inside the house, with entry directly from the swimming pool area, where there is one more, additional bathroom with a shower with water whips, washbasin, WC and bidet.

The location of the house ensures complete privacy, peace and quiet and perfect conditions to relax on the sun loungers near the swimming pool with the dimensions of 6 x 12 metres, heated and lockable, as well as in the beautifully placed jacuzzi, from where a wonderful, panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Sicily, Aeolian Islands and Capo di Vaticano peninsula can be admired. The area around the swimming pool, jacuzzi, the club and external kitchen is a unique place to relax and rest, sunbathe and swim with a magic, picture-perfect view.

Comfort inside the house is provided by individually controlled air conditioning.
