Rules of the Reservation and House Rental
&1 - General terms
These Rules specify the conditions under which you can make a reservation and rent villa "Belvedere".
&2 - Rules of reservation
Pre-booking is made by sending a request to m.wika125@gmail.com or by phone: +48 501 266 529 specifying the following:
- Full name or business name of the Renter
- The exact dates of your stay
- The number of guests indicating whether an adult or a child (what age)
After receiving the confirmation of pre-booking, the customer is required to pay a deposit of 35% of the rent within 5 days.

The reservation and a deposit payment is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Terms by the Renter. Upon the reservation and deposit payment of 35% of the rent, the agreement shall be deemed concluded.
&3 - Cancellation of the reservation
- The cancellation of the reservation within 60 days prior to the planned arrival can be done without incurring additional costs and the deposit payment will be refunded within 14 days after the cancellation.
- Cancellations can only be made in writing to the address: m.wika125@gmail.com
- In case of a cancellation within less than 60 days before the planned arrival the deposit paid will not be returned.
&4 - Payment terms
The remaining payment for the stay, i.e. the payment minus the deposit, shall be made at least 1 day prior to arrival.
On arrival a security deposit is charged in the amount of 100 euros, which is partially refundable on the day of departure after checking out and inspection of the house. Of this amount, a fee for the final house cleaning is charged in the amount of 50 euros.
&5 - Checking in and out
The check in starts at 15h on the arrival after receiving the keys and having been instructed by the Manager on the house maintenance and it ends at 10h on the day of departure.
Within one hour after arriving the renter accepts the house and examines all the equipment and immediately notifies the Manager about any defects, damage or destruction.
The check-out takes place in the presence of the Manager or an authorized person and after checking the house the security deposit paid on the day of arrival will be refunded minus a deduction of 50 euros for the final cleaning of the house.
Should the number of guests in the registration form be greater than declared, the agreement may be terminated immediately with all the consequences, without the refund of 100% of the paid deposit.
The renter is obliged to maintain and handover the house with all the associated infrastructure in the condition as upon arrival, including, in particular, leave the dishes and kitchen utensils washed before going.
Failure to adhere to the above obligation, and gross contamination, for example of sofas, armchairs and curtains will result in the compensation payment amounting to 50 euros deducted from the security deposit paid in advance.
&6 - Rules of stay
The renter is financially responsible for damages caused in the house during his/her stay (at his/her fault) and agrees to cover the cost of any damage repair and missing equipment.
The house is completely non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside.
In the event of gross violation of the Rules the stay can be shortened without a refund for the entire rental period.
&7 - Final provisions
When making a reservation the tenant consents to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of reservation and to meet any formal obligations under the applicable law.
The rental agreement does not include the pick-up, catering or organization of stay.
The owner is not liable for temporary inconvenience caused by independent utilities suppliers, such as a temporary lack of water or electricity.
Any deficiencies or defects should be reported to the facility's Manager and the Manager is obliged to remove them immediately (as soon as possible).
Pets are allowed provided a prior notice. The renter is obliged to guard them, and take care that they do not disturb the neighbors. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by these animals.
